The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window for all eligible items, ensuring that your contemporary wardrobe additions meet every expectation. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including all original packaging and the printed return slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
